I love connecting with students and encouraging them to be their best. I still visit my high school to mentor students about college and engineering because I want to inspire younger students and ensure that they feel welcomed, just like I did, when they enter college. Participating in WIE orientation really helped me make friends and feel more comfortable about college. That’s why I’m excited to give back to WIE as a WIE Ambassador this year! I chose to study CS because I love the how I can see my work come to life, for example, by creating a cool app and sharing it with others. In my free time I love binge watching Netflix shows like New Girl, The Office, and Parks and Rec.
