The community of women at the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign’s Grainger College of Engineering is stronger than ever. Over the past few years, we have grown our community to 24%. It is because of our focus on innovation, collaboration, and success that women make a difference in people’s lives through engineering here at Illinois. Women in Engineering (WIE) is a college-wide program dedicated to providing a welcoming and supportive environment for students in the Grainger College of Engineering.

Admitted students – join WIE for a luncheon during you campus visit this spring. Little Sister’s Weekend, an overnight visit program hosted by Society of Women Engineers, is also available. Register here: go.illinois.edu/wie_admitted_events.
