General Information
- After you have received an acceptance letter from our office, you will need to submit the Registration Form. You will submit this together with a non-refundable $50 deposit, on or before 5:00 pm on May 1st. Note that this deadline is extended depending on the date in which the camper was accepted. Failure to comply with the deadline will result in the conferral of your space to another student on the waiting list.
- The remaining $950 balance is due in the GAMES office by May 31.
- Please note that even if you have/your camper has been granted a financial aid scholarship, you must pay the non-refundable $50 deposit.
- Checks should be payable to University of Illinois and mailed to:

How to Register
Registration will need to be completed AFTER you have been accepted to camp. The Registration Link will be emailed to you in your acceptance document.
Step 1
To complete the form, you will need:
- A current picture of yourself.
- Your T-shirt size.
- Emergency Medical Information, including Emergency Contact Information
Step 2
- You will receive a confirmation email when your Registration Form has been received.
- Submit a non-refundable $50 deposit, on or before 5:00 pm on May 1st (or until the date indicated on your acceptance email). Please note that even if you have been granted financial aid, you must pay the non-refundable $50 deposit. Details on payment submissions are listed above under “General Information”.
- Please note that after May 1st, all unreserved spots will be opened up to students on the waiting list.
- Finally, you will need to submit the remaining amount ($950 without a financial aid scholarship) by May 31.
Additional Forms
After your Registration Form has been received, you will need to complete the travel form, listed below, as soon as possible. The Travel Form only needs to be completed if the camper is not being dropped off at camp by a Parent and/or Guardian. This form will be updated once registration has opened.
