I love being a WIE Ambassador because it lets me help ensure the success of undergraduate students, share the resources women in engineering have on campus, and talk about how much I love engineering! I chose to study CEE because I like problem solving, being hands on, and I’ve always been passionate about water and the environment. On campus, I serve as the president of the Water Environment Federation (WEF), a student organization on campus. I love being involved with WEF because it provides me with opportunities to participate in design challenges and internships, tour water treatment plants and environmental engineering offices. Other activities I enjoy are swimming, hiking, and exploring the outdoors.
