When I was filling out college applications, I knew I wanted my career to be in computers but I hadn’t decided on whether to study software or hardware. Computer Engineering provides the perfect balance of both. It gives you many opportunities to learn about both aspects equally which is really exciting! In the end, I chose to study CompE at The Grainger College of Engineering because it felt like home. The warm community is filled with friendly people and many supportive resources. People here want to help you out in any way they can! In my free time, I enjoy reading and baking. There’s nothing like curling up in bed on a cold Sunday morning with a cup of hot chocolate while reading a nice novel.
