I have always loved influencing the younger generation. My mother was a mentor to me, having gone through UIUC engineering herself, and I would love to pass along her wisdom to new engineers. I hope to influence them by motivating them to continuously pass it on, and that once they reach success, to turn around and help the next one in line. I choose Bioengineering because I want to make a positive impact on the earth, especially in helping its health, and there is no better technologically path that is as innovating as BIOE. In my free time, I love to travel to experience new cultures and meet people. I also enjoy being outdoors, hiking, and watching superhero movies with my siblings.
