My name is Dr. Jennifer Amos and I am a Teaching Associate Professor in Bioengineering. I am conducting a research project entitled The Double Bind of Race and Gender: Women in Engineering Survey that looks at the intersection of both gender and race of engineering students. This project has been approved by the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign Institutional Review Board (Project number: 17051).
I am contacting you to see if you would be interested in participating in this project. By participating in this study, you will contribute to providing a more complete understanding of the experiences of women in engineering. In addition, you could earn up to $50 for participating in the various aspects of this research.
